“free breakfast WiFi was down most of the stay, over three days, hotel management were in denial to get it fixed I had to go offsite every day to do my email for work TV in living room was disconnected, didn't work”

“The staff who check me in and helped me with my questions. The television and remote did not work together. There were no instructions on the television or remote. There was carpet in the room and not wood flooring. There was bread for toast but no tongues available to take the bread for toast.”
