“So glad we chose this hotel the Linens where very white and smells so fresh. You could tell they had taking extra special time in the room they were very clean 😊 We had a very bad experience a personal one and the young woman, I think she told me she was head of housekeeping. Her name was Leatrice she was such a god-sent she went way above her job, I have no idea what we would have done without her. She was such a big help to me. She kept me very calm was so very sweet to me and help me with one of the biggest tragedies of my life. I don't know what I would have done without her. She is definitely a first-class lady and I wish her nothing but the best, and hope God pays her back for the love she has shown to us. There is not enough words to tell her how much I thank her, for being there for me. What a wonderful person I hope her boss knows her as well as I do in the short time, I had with her.
