Worth avoiding if you would prefer a hotel without children. Tried a couple of the a la carte restaurants while staying at the Riu Palace, next door. Both buffet style with no waiters. Food not good and in the Asian it was barely like warm.

So far wonderful experience, staff very friendly, food great. Been only to 3 of the five restaurants and food was great. The Italian restaurant was fantastic. Can't wait to try the rest.

Tui changed our hotel to this one! Don't bother we are on day 5 of 14 and it isn't a four star hotel possibly a two star. Bath towels are terrible and we still haven't had our bed linen changed. Plates and cups in the restaurants are either dirty or chipped. Broken glass by the pool. Food tastes the same and the drinks are poor. Recommend this hotel to someone you really don't like.

Excellent family hotel, fantastic choice of food and great facilities. As a family with a toddler we have always been able to find plenty to keep a little one entertained with the kids club and an excellent selection of food to keep her happy. The staff are attentive and helpful. We have found little need to leave the hotel for most of the week as there is so much going on throughout the day. Only improvements are the rules regarding who uses which pool and the reservation of sun beds are not inforced at all! The speciality restaurants are worth a try and I recommend the sunbar Mediterranean restaurant and Bulgarian restaurant. The buffet at Terra has by far the greatest choice I have ever seen and surely something to please everyone. This week we have had king prawns, muscles, steak, sushi and some of the best salads I have ever had. This isn't far one of the best all inclusive hotels I have stopped at. We will be back! If you like good food, sun and relaxation do not hesitate book it....

One of the best experiences in my whole life. Everything was amazing, I stayed for a week and I genuinely didn't regret anything. The view was nice and the staff was very friendly! Fun activities, great food, amazing staff and much more. The pools were very impressive, I tried every single pool there and I wasn't disappointed. The air was clean and fresh, at night you could go to the Karaoke bar and have some fun, or you can go to the activities that happen at night. The beach was close, in my opinion and the water was warm and clean too! I think i forgot to mention the fact that the rooms were very clean, the ladies that worked there would replace the towels with new ones every day which impressed me. I recommend this place, lots of love from Romania!!

The hotel in general is really nice with lots of bars and pools. However the services are poor. Plates, silverware, cups are disgusting. Almost never clean. Rooms are kept clean however they give you ripped towels. All Inclusive food always the same… not many options. Cleaning stations, face mask and sanitisers always in place. ✅ Reception requires deposit for using iron so be prepared if you don’t have cash with you. We stayed 6 nights and only managed to get booking for 2 restaurants out of 4. They were either closed or fully booked. Entertainment for kids was good. Kids disco was a bit late at 20:30. Beach is too far away especially if you’re with child.

It is a great place for a family. We rested there late in August 2021. Entertainment, sport activities, animators for kids, the own beach. The food is various and tasty. I would recommend the hotel to include in its entertaining program for adults discos, besides concerts, games and performances.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. We visited Bulgaria for the first time and were not disappointed. The hotel has a large beautiful area. The water in the pools is warm. Beach clean, good restaurant, sand clean, sunbeds enough for everyone. The food is delicious, we visited only the Italian restaurant ( reservations must be made on arrival, free of charge) Entertainment team was doing it's job and invited to do different activities to cheer up public.

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious with everything you need. Everything is clean and the resort offers plenty of amazing activities. There are multiple events throughout the day with awesome animators. The food is great and you have plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely try to come again next year to experience it again.

It was really pleasant staying in this hotel. With kids I can say it was perfect. Food was tasty and delicious. Pool area clean and tidy. The beach was a few minute walk. Bar on the beach. We had an awesome time. Highly recommend it.

Ainda vamos ficar no hotel no quinto dia. Ok hotel, ótimo resort, muitas piscinas, muitos bares. Não fique na fila, siga as regras de higiene. O negativo seria o facto de, apesar de termos uma criança de um ano, ter recebido o quarto a uma grande distância dos elevadores, não sendo a escada uma alternativa viável, sendo o alojamento feito no 5º andar. tem 6 elevadores mas todos posicionados no meio ... Estava a 5 minutos do elevador até ao quarto, nas condições em que tinha carrinho de bebé ... se não tivesse era uma pena. Outra desvantagem é a reserva em restaurantes temáticos. Na entrada fomos informados que a reserva é feita às 8 da manhã e só o asiático está aberto (esqueceram de dizer que naquela noite era o asiático ... em outras noites diferentes). E acordamos de manhã para fazer a reserva e nos dizem que o Asian não está aberto. Ok, eu vou na recepção, eu explico e ele diz aaa bom, hoje não abre na Ásia, aqui está o horário do restaurante ... e ele me entrega um lençol. Ok ... foi difícil mostrar para nós desde o início? Uma manhã acordamos às 8 para fazer uma reserva no Mediterrâneo ... o esboço fica bem no bar da praia ... vamos lá, esperamos os idiotas até as 8 e as 20, ninguém vem, o restaurante está fechado .. .vamos à recepção ... aaa a reserva é feita em frente ao restaurante principal, não na praia onde ficava o Mediterrâneo. Em conclusão ... um grande feitiço ... tudo é feito de uma forma que você não pode realmente reservar ... os esclarecimentos não são ditos a você desde o início e você anda feito um louco pela manhã após os cavalos verdes ... em conclusão a estadia está pronto e não consegui reservar em nenhum restaurante específico. A maneira mais fácil era fazer a reserva na recepção e a qualquer hora, mas ... era fácil demais para os turistas.

Nós estamos lá agora e francamente nikel todo mundo é super simpático só uma pequena desvantagem deveria ser um pouco mais rigoroso com o uso da máscara para que todos a colocassem corretamente Eu fui ao riu grand canaria no início de agosto e ele não estava rindo não com as regras aqui não é a mesma coisa .. é limpo em todos os lugares onde comemos bem e o hotel é ótimo não muito longe da praia Eu nunca tinha estado na Bulgária e francamente não fiquei desapontado em tudo isso é muito, muito bom, o os quartos são espaçosos c é o topo Eu recomendo este hotel sem hesitação o topo venha para a Bulgária

Todavía nos quedamos en el hotel el quinto día. Buen hotel, gran resort, muchas piscinas, tantos bares. No hagas cola, sigue las reglas de higiene. Lo negativo sería el hecho de que, aunque tenemos un niño de un año, recibí la habitación a una gran distancia de los ascensores, no siendo la escalera una alternativa viable, ya que el alojamiento se hizo en el quinto piso. tiene 6 ascensores pero todos posicionados en el medio ... estuve haciendo 5 minutos desde el ascensor hasta la habitación, en las condiciones en las que tenía cochecito ... si no lo tenía era una pena. Otro inconveniente es reservar en restaurantes temáticos. En la entrada nos dijeron que la reserva se hace a las 8 de la mañana y solo está abierta la asiática (se olvidaron de mencionar que esa noche era la asiática ... en otras tardes diferente). Y nos levantamos por la mañana para reservar y nos dicen que el asiático no está abierto. Vale, voy a la recepción, le explico y me dice aaa bueno, hoy no está abierto en Asia, aquí está el horario del restaurante ... y me entrega una hoja. Vale ... ¿fue difícil mostrárnoslo desde el principio? Una mañana nos levantamos a las 8 para hacer una reserva en el Mediterráneo ... el boceto se ve bien en el chiringuito ... vamos allí, esperamos a los tontos hasta las 8 y veinte, no viene nadie, el restaurante está cerrado ... .Vamos a la recepción ... aaa la reserva se hace hasta abajo frente al restaurante principal, no en la playa donde se encontraba el mediterráneo. En conclusión ... un gran hechizo ... todo se hace de tal manera que realmente no puedes reservar ... las aclaraciones no te las dicen desde el principio y caminas como loco por la mañana después de los caballos verdes ... en fin la estancia está listo y no logré reservar en ningún restaurante específico. La forma más fácil era hacer la reserva en recepción y en cualquier momento, pero ... eso era demasiado fácil para los turistas.

Estamos allí ahora y francamente nikel todos son súper amables solo un pequeño inconveniente debería ser un poco más riguroso con el uso de la máscara para que todos se la pongan correctamente Fui al riu grand canaria a principios de agosto y no se reía no con las reglas aquí no es lo mismo ... está limpio en todas partes donde comemos bien y el hotel es genial, no muy lejos de la playa Nunca había estado en Bulgaria y, francamente, no me decepcionó en absoluto, es muy, muy bueno, el las habitaciones son espaciosas c es superior Recomiendo este hotel sin dudarlo la parte superior ven a Bulgaria

The staff is friendly and professional. The place is clean and you even see staff cleaning the place on a regular basis. Good safety measures to prevent COVID-19 spreading (a lot of space in the restaurant, sanitizer, temperature monitoring). It's near the beach, there are several pools, several bars and even 4 restaurants that are all-inclusive. The drinks that are included are superior to other hotels, higher quality and lots more to choose from (even cocktails). The only down side so far is that possible moan mattress are uncomftable and pillows even worse other than that, it's amazing. But here comes the worst part my 3 year old got sick we asked a doctor on the reception and they called medical center who came and pick us up so we took her there just to check her ear and throat after a 10 minutes consultation they give us a check on 360 Leva an equivalent of 180 euros almost its the most ridiculous and overpriced consultation we have ever been to its a complete rip off. Plus 100 more euros for the two boxes of medicaments. It's really sad because the hotel has potential but the way it is right now it's just like a sinking ship.

Estamos muito satisfeitos 🤩 muitas vezes saímos de férias com o formulário Tudo Incluído, mas este feriado foi realmente ótimo em todos os aspectos. O hotel não é ****, mas estrelas ***** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Equipe, comida, salas, animadores de alto nível 🔝Se dois pequenos contras podem ser mencionados: 1. Uma recepcionista sênior de hotel que obviamente precisa mudar de emprego ou descansar ... evidentemente muito amargurada e insatisfeita ...E além do hotel DRIVER TUI ... PRESENTE E SIMPLES. Ele tratava os turistas como um mal necessário, provocações desagradáveis e comportamento vulgar - tal coisa não deveria acontecer e deixa um leve desgosto no final de um FANTÁSTICO FERIADO COM R AND U ❤️

Estamos encantados 🤩 muchas veces nos fuimos de vacaciones con el formulario Todo Incluido, pero estas vacaciones fueron realmente geniales en todos los sentidos. El hotel no es **** sino ***** estrellas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Personal, comida, salas, animadores al más alto nivel 🔝Si puede mencionar dos pequeños inconvenientes: 1. Un recepcionista de hotel senior que claramente necesita cambiar de trabajo o descansar ... evidentemente está muy amargado e insatisfecho ...Y más allá del hotel CONDUCTOR TUI ... JAMÓN Y SIMPLE. Trató a los turistas como un mal necesario, burlas desagradables y un comportamiento vulgar; algo así no debería suceder y deja un ligero disgusto al final de unas FANTÁSTICAS VACACIONES CON RY U ❤️

Hotel bonito, piscinas meio desarrumado, até as praias do hotel bastante. Desastre de bebidas, cerveja e vinho! Sem álcool, apenas ingredientes artificiais. As bebidas são feitas com ingredientes de baixa qualidade, não parecem, não têm gosto e não têm álcool! Vyber para o almoço picareta pequena. No topo de uma grande fila / placa para alimentação. Restaurante do hotel desnecessário, qualidade 0.

The hotel is absolutely perfect. Everything works fine. Pools are gorgeous, bar in pool, waterfall, so many bubble spot. Everybody finds what he needs. And in the end the private hotel beach. There you can spend days. On the beach is also beach bar which serves drinks and food.
