“We had our wedding at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower. The service was perfect. The Event Manager Cal was with us in every step of the way and answered every request we had. It had a taste of luxury, precision and high care for details. All of our guests were super impressed by the reception hall and were taken care of by the staff. Food was absolutely tasty. Rooms were very nice, we were able to get the bridal suite on a high floor and we enjoyed every bit of it. We would very much recommend staying there and hosting your wedding there!”

“Shortly after I arrived I was placed 2 doors down from an incessant loud barking dog that the owners left in the room for 5-6 hrs that wasn't register and would be there for my entire 2 day stay as a flight attendant. I also was having allergic reaction to the feathered pillows and comforter. Not off to a good start for my 1st stay. I spoke with Seth (assistant GM) mostly along with his incredible team Angela phone back office, Mary & Amber (front desk) who were all kind, understanding, empathetic, caring and compassionate about the situation. Seth went above and beyond to try to accommodate me even though I couldn't change rooms due to the overbooked capacity. Mary and Amber gave me bottled water and a non feathered pillow. Seth was extremely helpful to address my concerns and offer support. Even the outside front door concierges were all eager to give local guidance, hold open doors and greet me with a warm smile. Despite my situation, I felt so cared for and attended to like family. What an amazing team! Much respect and gratitude!”
