“That was a nice try from hotel management to cover for there employed but this morning I went to the lobby to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels and i was told they did not know where to find them that they would notify someone. I don't need them to notify someone i need fresh towels and toilet paper these are pretty important in a hotel. Wish I had not paid for two days i would take my kids and go somewhere else but it is non refundable. Definitely worst place I have stayed in Mexicali good luck if you stay here.”
