Grandes programas infantis e instalações recreativas, mas sofre de um grave problema de ruído nos quartos.Uma noite, fomos acordados pelos vizinhos acima de nós, tendo uma discussão da qual podíamos ouvir cada palavra através das paredes e portas finas do hotel.Os programas infantis são fantásticos e as piscinas, jacuzzi e praias são de primeira qualidade.Excelente localização e perto de muitos restaurantes fantásticos.Uma nota sobre covid neste hotel: quase ninguém usa máscaras além do pessoal. No entanto, quase tudo está do lado de fora, incluindo as passagens para os quartos do hotel.O café da manhã é muito bom, mas talvez caro. Como membros Gold ou Diamond, você recebe um crédito de $ 38 por quarto, por noite, que é essencialmente o valor de dois cafés da manhã continentais.

Como um pacote total, este pode ser o hotel mais amigável para animais de estimação no país de seu calibre ou melhor no país. Restrição muito limitada de tamanho. A configuração de praias e trilhos naturais permite muitas aventuras a quatro patas. A água é rasa (atinge 30 metros ou mais e não ultrapassa a altura da minha cintura) e na maioria dos dias é calma, permitindo nadar divertido para filhotes. A equipe foi incrível com minhas garotas Madison (uma mistura de Aussie de 11 anos) e Lexi (uma francesa de 5 anos), e não posso agradecer o suficiente a George por organizar jogos com Maya e Shelby por toda a atenção que ela dispensou nas meninas quando elas foram para a praia principal. E Maya. . . Maya é uma husky de 5 anos que atua como diretora de relações com animais de estimação no resort. Que temperamento fantástico. Minhas garotas a amavam, e até a minha filha mais velha, que às vezes pode ser um pouco mal-humorada, sucumbiu a seus encantos.Sinceramente, se você está de férias com seu cachorro, gosta quando ele pode compartilhar a aventura, e prefere ficar em um resort deste calibre ou melhor, então é um lugar imperdível para você.E para os visitantes de duas patas que vêm sem acompanhantes de quatro patas, acrescentarei que a propriedade atende / supera todas as expectativas que se poderia ter de um resort da marca Curio. . . bela propriedade, quartos agradáveis, serviço excelente.

Great kids programs and recreational facilities but suffers from a severe noise problem in the rooms.We were woken one evening by the neighbors above us having an argument of which we could hear every word through the thin walls and doors of this hotel.The kids programs are fantastic and the pools jacuzzi and beaches are all top notch.Great location and you are nearby many fantastic restaurants.A note about covid at this hotel: almost nobody wears masks other than the staff.However, nearly everything is outside, including the walkways to the hotel guest rooms.Breakfast is very good but perhaps overpriced. As gold or diamond members you get a $38 credit per room per night, which is essentially the value of two continental breakfasts.

As a total package, this may be the pet friendliest hotel in the country of its caliber or better in the country. Very limited restriction on size. The set up of beaches and nature trails allows for lots of four legged adventures. The water is shallow (goes out for a hundred feet or more to no more than my waist length) and on most days calm, allowing for fun puppy swims. The staff was incredible to my girls Madison (an 11 year old Aussie mix) and Lexi (a 5 year old Frenchie), and I can't offer enough thanks to George for organizing play dates with Maya and Shelby for all the attention she showered on the girls when they went to the main beach. And Maya . . . Maya is a 5 year old husky and serves as director of pet relations at the resort. What a fantastic temper. My girls loved her, and even my older one, who can be a little grumpy at times, succumbed to her charms. Honestly, if you vacation with your dog, like it when they can share in the adventure, and prefer to stay a resorts of this caliber or better, then it's a can't miss for you. And for the two legged visitors who come without four legged companions, I'll just add that the property is meets/exceeds every expectation one would have for a resort in the Curio brand . . . beautiful property, nice rooms, excellent service.

Beautiful,secluded, and good dining options. The team members were all very nice, although I think there was some confusion with my check-in, otherwise everything was excellent. Highly recommend for a family or a couple looking to enjoy Key Largo

Bem na água. Você nem precisa de uma vista para o mar. A equipe fez um trabalho incrível com o protocolo de segurança. Muitos casamentos na praia. Não há lugar para cozinhar na sala, nem mesmo um microondas. Os restaurantes no local são bons, eles têm muita tequila. Eles também tornam muito fácil carregar tudo no seu quarto

Right on the water. You don't even need a water view.The staff did an incredible job with safety protocol. Lots of weddings on the beach.No place to cook in the room not even a microwave.The restaurants on site are okay, they have lots of tequila.They also make it very easy to charge everything too your room

We brought our 2 young sons ages 4 and 6 here in November. We have the best time and our dying to get back there! I was so impressed with all the activities they had planned for kids and families. The customer service was impressive and the staff was so kind. Such a great family friendly resort!

Clean room with nice decor and good size balcony. King size bed not very comfortable. Decent size gym everyone was wearing a mask while exercising. Very friendly beach bar bartender. Slightly underwhelmed with the actual beach here, but I think it is that way everywhere in the keys. Good proximity to scuba diving and other good restaurants. Cat on premise gives the extra star.

Absolutely STUNNING resort. Great for a quiet couples trip or family getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even sent a bottle of champagne for our 10th anniversary ❤️ My only complaint is that service at the restaurants was sometimes lacking. One night, I had to ask 4 times for a soda refill. Other than that, we loved Baker's Cay and we hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful relaxing experience, just 1 hour driving from Miami. We loved this place, we left the window open at night to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. They have two beaches, one large under the sun and another one more intimate under the palms and mangroves. Highly recommended.

Rooms were beautiful and updated and clean. Staff was very friendly. The on-site restaurant Calusa was a bit expensive, but delicious! Tons of activities to do and a great beach to relax at. The sunset toast champagne was great! Wonderful secluded areas under the beautiful trees with plenty of shade. Calm bay water. Parts of the resort are quiet (Hammock wing) and other parts noisier because they are closer to the restaurants and bar. Overall a very pleasant experience and stay! If I had anything to critique I would say add more hammocks and floats on the hammock end of the resort.

This is our second time staying at the property for 7 days and it was absolutely amazing. We choose to return because of their flexible pet policy and they’re welcomed, not tolerated.The accommodations and amenities are amazing, beautiful, and well taken care of. They’ve got almost anything you’d want to do at the beach and then some.The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with plenty of seating options. We typically stay in an ocean front room with a gorgeous view over the main beach.They’ve got two restaurants and an awesome tiki bar on the beach! Only gripe is that they basically all serve the same thing, so the only thing you change is the scene- we could only eat there for the first two days before needing something new... but you’re surrounded by great restaurants here!The two beaches here are beautiful each offering a different scene and stunning sunsets. Hammock Beach is quiet surrounded by trees with nooks of nestled hammocks and lounge chairs. Coconut Beach is the main beach with tons of seating, snacks, and drink options.Social distancing: I think they do a decent job here- nothing was super crowded. Sanitizing stations were clearly placed around the property and all staff wore masks.

This place is beautiful. Hammock beach is one of the most peaceful and pretty places I've been to. Service is usually top notch; everyone is smiling ( well, they seem to be under those masks at least!), and they care a lot about making you happy. Seriously a great place. Can't say enough good things about Baker's Cay. Go see for yourself! Cheers!

Great customer service from start to finish! Front desk was easy to reach and helpful in answering all of my questions as well as selecting a room. The property had great accessibility to customer service via text option beginning with a welcome text with link to comprehensive property info 3 days in advance which included covid related precautions/policies on the grounds, scheduled complimentary activities (I.e. sunset toast, s’mores, paint and sip night, pool scavenger hunt for kids, 8am/9am workouts with trainer), and restaurant/bar hours and menus. Resort fee includes free self-parking and access to kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods & bait. If you are looking for an unobstructed ocean view, you want to select a room on the coconut beach side. Room 338 gives you the view shown below. There are 2 beaches- coconut beach has water activities within a limited roped off kid friendly range while hammock beach is shaded, private and more adult friendly with its serene vibe. Restaurants have decent food and awesome drinks. There is plenty of outdoor seating which is perfect for those wanting to take precautions with the virus. Tables are spaced out, staff and guests are great about wearing masks. Property as a whole feels clean and updated. You really don’t need to leave the property for anything. The property also helped to make my husband’s birthday extra special with a special welcome gift bag.

Serviço deste hotel é ruim, quarto é extremamente barulhento, piscina é muito pequena com poucas cadeiras de sol, muito caro por muito pouco a oferecer. Cobram $38 em taxa de resort, mas não oferecem o que prometem, por exemplo dizem oferecer café ILLY no quarto, mas é na verdade uma marca genérica e barata. Não recomendo.

Excelente hotel bello hermoso, una paz inigualable , las habitaciones hermosas y cómodas,la atención a cliente muy buena , tiene ofertas de recreación gratis , la playa bella el lugar es como un paraíso,sus habitaciones están súper limpia y la higiene en general es buena , solo recomiendo mejorar el desayuno que por 30 dólares no rompe espectativas,pero creo que si mejoran eso tiene 6 estrellas...... lo recomiendo y volvería...
