“I definitely do not recommend this hotel at all, there is not hot water, concierge do not perform at all, employees try very hard to please you, however management needs to be trained. Sales team it's pretty aggressive and if you do not buy closer tries one last time but if no sale its made she walk away with an unprofessional and arrogant attitude. I felt sorry for the young woman that introduce us to the sale the closer was rude and nasty with her.. COVID TEST nurse was 1.5 hours late, they gave us so many excuses for his tardiness, until a she shows up.”

“We stayed a full week at the Explorean... and it was definitely worth our while.
Food and drinks were great. Beach/Ocean and pool areas was good - could use a bit of updating but no major complaints.
Our room was extremely clean and stayed cold (as we wanted) during our stay.
Excursions throughout the week were hit or miss - some were great, others we chose not to do.
Overall, we would highly recommend this place.”
