Hotel maravilhoso, equipe de funcionários excelente e quartos confortáveis. A televisão do meu quarto estava com uma linha na tela. Achei estranho por ser um hotel de alta categoria.

O hotel fornece atendimento bastante cordial pelos funcionários além de possuir amplo espaço na área comum e nos quartos, sendo um grande diferencial para quem possui mobilidade reduzida ou simplesmente deseja mais conforto (a um preço acessível), tendo em vista que fica a minutos de caminhada dos pontos mais tradicionais da cidade e da Union Station.

Hotel is very beautiful, very conveniently close to a lot of things such as the national park , capitol, etc. The only thing i wish was better was the communication aspect between the employees an the guest if check out is 12pm an u have a complimentary check out of 2 pm address this to the guest let them know they have an option to check out at 2 pm an how to go about applying or requesting the extra two hrs. Communication was way off an i was threatened to be charged if i didn’t leave at 12:30. i had to address this to the employee that this wasn’t communicated an that when i booked the room on hotel tonight it was indicated that check out was 2pm . So please communicate this to your guest upon arrival not the day of check out thank you also make it clear when check out time is.

Stayed for a night, didn’t see another person the entire time (which was a good thing). Front desk was very nice; I got it for $80 and I thought that was a great value for the area. Little bit older hotel, but the bed and bathroom felt new, and I had a nice view of the street. Use the app spothero, and you can find cheap parking for your car also!

Two problems with our visit, there were blood drops on the floor by the toilet and the noise from construction has been unrelenting ALL. NIGHT. LONG. We made the best of it.

This is a fairly nice hotel. The room looked just like the pics on the website. We chose a Capitol view room and we had a great view. Two problems with our visit, there were blood drops on the floor by the toilet and the noise from construction has been unrelenting ALL. NIGHT. LONG. We made the best of it.

This is a pretty nice hotel. The staff was extremely courteous. I have three complaints - my rooms hair dryer was nonfunctional, the toilet's flush was slow and required holding the handle down, and maid service does not occur if not specifically requested. Perhaps the last is an industry norm.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfy and spacious. The views left a lot to be desired and the food offering for room service was non existant after lunch time. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom were huge. The lobby was nice but out of the 3 doormen we seen 2bof them barely held the door or even acknowledged us. The third was probably the best i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The maid service knocked on my door just shortly after 8am to clean the room. Overall it was a good experience.

As soon as you walk in the lobby, you get the impression this is a very nice hotel. Once you get to your room, you are not disappointed. While the rooms are not extravagantly furnished, they are spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and always the most important to me, very clean. We've now stayed here on several occasions and have never had any issues during any stay here. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. And a particular note is the main lobby elevators provide a very nice view of the lobby and are nice and fast. Too often many hotels do not seem to have very efficient elevators and you wind up waiting often, but these are both nice to look at and seem quite speedy.

Came here as part of a group and the staff was helpful in coordinating the rooms. The lobby was so nice to be in and there were lots of seats and outlets. Beds were very comfortable and the free water and coffee were great to have. Bathroom was beautiful and the shower was spacious, but it was hard to figure out how to turn it on because the handle wouldn't budge without really working it and the ceiling above the shower was water-damaged I think.

Este hotel tiene una ubicación muy conveniente. De aquí se puede caminar al Capitolio e ir a los museos. También hay restaurantes y tiendas como Marshall, forever 21 entre otras cerca de el. La atención del hotel muy buena. Las habitaciones espaciosas, el baño es gigante y la cama es buena.

El hotel en si bien, bastante nuevo y calidad en las habitaciones. Nos la liaron en recepción por un error de su parte, ya que confundieron reservas y le dieron a otros las nuestras. Así que pagamos por una habitación para 4 con vistas al Capitolio, y terminamos en dos habitaciones para 2 personas con cama kingsize pero después de estar discutiendo 1 hora en recepción y tras haber llamado a booking. Está relativamente cerca del Capitolio y de la estación de tren. Lo mejor de la habitación está reñido entre la cama y el baño.

Buen hotel y perfecta situación para visitar la ciudad. Las habitaciones correctas, ha destacar muchas tomas USB en la habitación, servicio gratuito de café y nevera con reposición diaria de agua. Además máquina de hielo en cada planta y cubitera en la habitación. Amenities en el baño muy completos.

One of the best hotels and full experience i have had as a guest from the moment the doorman opens the door to greet you.The food is amazing breakfast li Lunch and dinner. The hotel staff has wonderful professional customer service. The rooms are elegant very clean the beds comfortable towels soft great views. The bar is open late offering food and spirits. I can't say enough good things about my experience there except how great it was and how much i look forward to going back.

Excelente atención, cómodas habitaciones, muy buena ubicación. Cuenta con un bar en la entrada, tiene un Starbucks al frente, y su ubicación es inmejorable, queda a tan sólo unos pasos de Union Station y a tan sólo metros del Nationall Mall, donde todos los museos están. Sé que tiene piscina y gimnasio pero no los usé. La conexión a internet funcionó a la perfección y estaba incluida en el costo de la habitación.
