“Wonderful view from the 20th floor...”

“Room was nice. Bed were comfortable, although a bit too soft for my liking. Pillows were good. Toilet paper was decent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Heated pool was a bit colder than I expected, but there was nowhere I could see the temperature so hard to say precisely. It was not too cold though, and we spent a good 45m in the pool. Disappointed that stay did not include parking or breakfast, as that generates extra fees and a degree of complication. Overall a good experience”
