Teria dado 5 estrelas - a equipe foi absolutamente incrível eo estabelecimento é lindo.Nós ficamos em uma unidade de solo com um pátio / área externa - não uma, mas duas vezes (que sabemos), tivemos outros hóspedes tentar entrar em nosso quarto da porta do pátio. É cercado com arbustos / mas há lacunas no que é plantado. Presumindo que eles pretendiam chegar ao seu quarto, mas um design bobo dado o risco de segurança. As portas de acesso ao pátio são de vidro / janela, com cortinas no interior.

Would have given 5 stars - the staff was absolutely amazing and the property is beautiful.We stayed in a ground unit with a patio / outdoor area - not once, but twice (that we know of) we had other guests try to get in our room from the patio door. It’s fenced off with shrubs / but there’s gaps in what’s planted. Assuming they meant to get to their room but silly design given security risk. The doors to the patio are glass / windows, with curtains on the interior.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. The hotel exudes royalty and the amenities are beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi are super clean. House keeping is done twice daily which was a big plus! I would go there again for sure.

O Huntington tem uma longa e maravilhosa história e é um retrocesso aos dias de glória da Califórnia na década de 1920. Tenho ficado lá desde seus dias como um Ritz-Carlton no início de 1990. Agora o grupo Langham é o proprietário e restaurou grande parte dele ao seu antigo esplendor - especialmente os jardins e a ponte coberta sobre a piscina, que é uma vitrine espetacular para a arte local do falecido Frank Moore. O serviço é de primeira classe, do restaurante ao estacionamento com manobrista. Nosso quarto desta vez, entretanto, estava um pouco cansado. Poucas coisas haviam mudado no prédio Lanai em duas décadas, e isso aparecia - especialmente no carpete e no banheiro. Mas, uau, o restaurante no terraço foi espetacular no café da manhã, e os jardins, a piscina e os jardins são tão bonitos como sempre. Uma corrida de cinco quilômetros pelo incrível bairro definitivamente vale a pena. Apesar de estar um pouco esfarrapado do ponto de vista de um quarto, eu ainda classificaria o Huntington como cinco estrelas pela experiência geral e pela proximidade com o centro de Pasadena.

The Huntington has a long and wonderful history and is a throwback to the glory days of California in the 1920s. I've been staying there since its days as a Ritz-Carlton in the early 1990s. Now the Langham group owns it and has restored much of it to its former splendor -- especially the grounds and the covered bridge over the pool, which is a spectacular showcase for the local art of the late Frank Moore. Service is first-rate, from the restaurant to the valet parking. Our room this time, however, was a little tired. Not much had changed in the Lanai building in two decades, and it showed -- especially with the carpeting and bathroom. But wow the terrace restaurant was spectacular at breakfast, and the grounds, pool and gardens are as beautiful as always. A three-mile run through the amazing neighborhood is definitely worth it. Despite being a little tattered around the edges from a room standpoint, I'd still rate the Huntington as five stars for the overall experience and the proximity to downtown Pasadena.

O check-in foi fácil e rápido. Obter o nosso quarto antes das 15h (o horário de check-in), pegamos antes e almoçamos na piscina. A comida é “ok” nada muito excitante apenas longos tempos de espera pela comida ... o hambúrguer infantil 🍔 não era bom de jeito nenhum !!! (evite o menu infantil). Os quartos são super espaçosos, tectos altos, máquina de café, chá, mini-frigorífico, água gratuita e cofre em qualquer quarto. Os quartos ao lado da piscina são OBRIGATÓRIOS se você tem filhos, apenas uma varanda com alguns degraus e você na piscina

O hotel era ótimo. Não passei a noite lá, mas tive uma reunião lá. Os banheiros são super limpos e o pessoal é amigável. A comida é absurdamente cara e o café por US $ 6,62 era, na melhor das hipóteses, morno. Mas um ótimo lugar para passear e a piscina estava super limpa ao que parecia.

Hospedado a negócios por três noites em outubro de 2021. Uso estrito da máscara e aplicação nas áreas comuns internas. Hotel encantador com charme histórico, mas totalmente atualizado. Flores frescas encontradas em todo o edifício. Se Hospedaram no 255 com vista para o ofurô e fácil acesso à piscina. Comeu um hambúrguer com batatas fritas à beira da piscina, e serviço de quarto sobremesas e pizza. Pizza foi a melhor pizza de serviço de quarto de todos os tempos. Não tenho certeza de como eles fizeram isso. O bar da sala Tap tinha muitas áreas de estar para se distanciarem dos outros. O serviço foi excelente.

Check in was easy and fast . Getting our room before 3pm ( the check in time ) we got it earlier and we had lunch at the pool . The food is “ok” nothing too exciting just long wait times for the food… the kid’s burger 🍔 wasn’t good at all!!! ( avoid the kid’s menu) . The room are super spacious tall ceilings, Coffee tea machine, mini fridge, complementary water, safe in any room. Poolside room are a MUST if you have kids just a balcony with a few steps and you at the pool

Stayed for business for three nights in October 2021. Strict mask use and enforcement in indoor common areas. Lovely hotel with historical charm, but fully updated. Fresh flowers found throughout the building. Stayed in 255 with views of the hot tub and easy access to the pool. Enjoyed a burger and fries by the pool, and room service desserts and pizza. Pizza was the best room service pizza ever. Not sure how they did that. The Tap room bar had many seating areas to space yourselves away from others. Service was excellent.

The hotel was great. I didn't stay there for the night but had a meeting there. The bathrooms are super clean and staff is friendly. The food is absurdly expensive and the coffee for $6.62 was lukewarm at best. But a great place to walk around in and the pool was super clean it seemed.

I just made a reservation and have already had a great experience. I called because I had a question about the day I will be checking in and Melissa answered all of my questions and was the best help. Best customer service experience ever. Fomos convidados para um casamento aqui. O terreno externo era exuberante com suaves luzes noturnas. O terreno é elevado para que você também tenha uma boa vista da cidade. Os servidores eram organizados e educados. Principalmente a multidão de luxo no hotel vestida e elegante. Uma experiência muito agradável. O lobby tem muitas áreas de estar e bar.

We were invited to a wedding here. The outdoor grounds were lush with soothing night lights. The land is elevated so you get a good city view too. Servers were neat and polite. Mostly upscale crowd in the hotel dressed up and classy. A very pleasant experience. The lobby has many lounge areas and bar.

Fiquei completamente satisfeito com o serviço prestado naquele hotel 5 estrelas. Restaurante e bar estão muito bem decorados. O quintal do hotel oferece uma vista maravilhosa da área de Los Angeles. Lá é muito calmo e seguro. Acho que é um lugar perfeito para um fim de semana romântico com quem você ama. A equipe é muito simpática e cortês. Eles estão cheios de respeito e compreensão no que diz respeito à privacidade e segurança dos clientes. A área da piscina é muito agradável e bem organizada com acesso ao bar (o bar funciona até às 20h30). Eu realmente gosto do SPA deles. É uma obra de arte e perfeição. I was completely satisfied with the service provided in that 5 star hotel. Restaurant and bar are decorated very well. The back yard of the hotel gives you a wonderful view to LA area. It is very calm and safe over there. I think that it is a perfect place for a romantic weekend with your loved one. The staff is very-very friendly and courteous. They are full of respect and understanding when it comes to privacy and security of the clients. Pool area is really nice and good organized with bar access (bar works till 8.30pm). I really like their SPA. It is work of art and perfection. You can relax with your body and soul there. Highly recommend! A+

My gosh. What a beautiful hotel. It's located in a small residential area in Pasadena and driving up you would even expect it to be as large as it is. We were there for an event in the ballroom and it was absolutely stunning. The food there was great as well but I am not completely sure if the food was provided by the hotel or outside catering. Walking around outside the next day was a incredible as well, they have a beautiful courtyard, a great garden area with a pond and bridge, and so much more, it is definitely a hotel you could spend all day at and not have any regrets. We did not use the pool but they did have a huge pool and a lot of seating area. All in all phenomenal. We we're lucky enough to be assisted by Ms. Robin Gamino, one of the managers there, and she definitely made the stay an extremely memorable one. She was extremely nice and more than happy to assist us with anything we needed. One of the best hotel managers I have ever met. We ate breakfast at the terrace and it was amazing as you could imagine, we got to eat outside overlooking the pool and other areas and it was really a sight to behold. Absolutely recommend this place if you ever get a chance to go. You won't be dissapointed!

(Edited, and muted, per the below acknowledgment from ownership that they are correcting the following) The Terrace restaurant needs a lot of work. Stay away from "potato hash" for breakfast. You expect the high prices per the hotel's 4-star rating, even the $7 tag on a cup of coffee, but they can't move fast enough to improve the whole dining experience.

Stunning hotel located in a secluded residential area of Pasadena. The hotel exudes elegance with stately rooms and furnishings. The fitness center adjacent to the hotel has top-of-the-line equipment. The quality of the Royce restaurant is excellent. The only knock is the lack of selection and variety.

I can not recommend this place enough! We spent a three day weekend here and were treated like royalty. From the moment we arrived from valet to check in everything was smooth. Front desk was busy three ways to Sunday and yet had the best people working, pleasant and professional. We booked on the Club level or concierge level as the case may be. What a great room, nice mini bar and bell service. The club room was / is a great value amenity. The room again, so comfortable and I love having a wooden valet rack in the room, a great throw back to a time of shear elegance in hotel stays. The bath was perfect as well. Four restaurants on property and a free local shuttle. We will be back again soon.

Fuimos a cenar al restaurante Terrace en el hotel Langham, desde la entrada al hotel desde la entrada al restaurante, el servicio fue excepcional. Una vez en el restaurante el servicio fue muy despacio y un poco brusco. La comida estuvo muy deliciosa, y nos dieron un pastelito gratis por ser nuestro aniversario. En todo, fue una buena experiencia.

Fui a comer en el restaurante The Terrace para celebrar mi aniversario. La comida estuvo muy rica y el ambiente muy agradable pero el servicio pudiera mejorar. Tomaron mucho tiempo tomar la orden de comida y no fue muy amable el atendiente.
