Nice hotel in walking distance from the beach and right on the strip of Waikiki. They offer lots of "resort" activities including Lei Making, Hula Lessons, Hawaiian story times, live music, and more. They do charge a resort fee daily as well. If you are a hotel guest and have a car, parking is $45 per day in the parking garage charged to your room. They have a bar/small restaurant connected to the pool that is open daily. It's a nice outdoor area, and staff are friendly. Pool opens from 7am-7pm. Rooms were good quality, and had their own AC control. However the ac units do tend to shut off at midnight and restart in morning. Location is great, it's right over the international marketplace mall. Worth staying at this hotel, just be prepared for fees.

If you're on a budget, I do recommend staying here. The rooms are a little dated but the beds are comfy to get a good night's rest. Plus the location is excellent with nearly every shop surrounding the hotel. Our room service was also very good and with some minor issues, the staff was very helpful in addressing our concerns.

Pros: It's about a 2min walk to the beach and within walking distance of a lot of good shopping and restaurants. The pool area is nice. They offer additional activities, like lei making and ukulele lessons, at no additional cost. Cons: Rooms are very small and weren't as clean as they should have been. There were stains on both sets of sheets we received. The bedding was terrible. They don't use fitted sheets or full duvet covers, so the bedding would instantly come off and tangle up. We asked for a late checkout after staying with them for 11 days and spending a lot of money on food and laundry and they charged us. We could also only get a late checkout until 2pm without changing rooms even though they had other open rooms. Our flight didn't leave until 10pm that night, so we had to wait in the drop off area for hours with our luggage. We couldn't use the restrooms without a key card while we waited. The "partial ocean view" was not worth the additional cost. We also called the front desk multiple times over the span of two days and they never answered once.

Customer service was great. And the price is pretty cheap for the 5 days we stayed. I wished the bathroom was a bit bigger, it felt a little claustrophobic. But the room service were amazing, we had clean sheets and towels everyday and if we had any issues they were resolved right away. The pool could be bigger but it did the job and the splash bar downstairs was super cute. There’s some table games to play in the lobby as well.

this place has the most incredible access to the beach--- just out the lobby and across the street. the rooms are a little outdated but we didn't come here for the room, we came here for the beach and it's fantastic, especially for the price. staff is friendly and helpful. the resort activities like story time and yoga class and hula lessons have been so fun and I can't wait to try them all while we are here. free breakfast is very basic, not enough protein. so we order the breakfast sandwich and a continental and share it between the two of us. parking has been a bit of a fiasco because the lot has been full but they let us park at the Sheraton Waikiki instead and it's reciprocal. there is a fridge in the room which is fantastic.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Excelente atendimento no check in. Disponibilização de quarto provisório para clientes elite que precisam fazer early check in. Mas o hotel é beeeemmm antigo, precisando de reformas urgente. Fiquei hospedado em um “larger room” no 28 andar. Bonita vista!

The hotel wasn’t what I expected after reading so many negative reviews I was thinking the worst but once I was there it was great. Yes the princess tower could use an upgrade but it was fine smelled nice carpet was clean everything worked fine. We stayed in our room a lot and we enjoyed our stay so don’t believe all the negative reviews it’s not always true.

Even though the staff is friendly and great, personally I don’t think it makes up for all the other cons of this hotel. Very loud at night and walls are thin between rooms. The room is not the cleanest, and the bed wasn’t too comfortable. Outdated and no microwave. Had to park in overflow lots a few times and not the lot by the hotel. The one great thing about this hotel is it’s central location and it’s proximity to Waikiki beach. However, I wouldn’t recommend to a friend, I feel like one can get a better accommodation for the same price elsewhere.

We weren't sure quite what to expect after reading the mixed reviews so were pleasantly surprised when we got there. Had great service from most of the staff, from the front desk through to housekeeping and the pool area. We'd requested a quiet room and were quite happy with the city view room higher than the adjacent buildings so had an ocean view as well, and the ventilation unit on the adjacent building, while somewhat noisy, actually provided white noise that drowned street noise so facilitated for good sleep. The central location worked very well for walking to the beach, restaurants and bus stops to get us where we needed to go. Happy to recommend it to others!

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. I love this hotel. Location is perfect. Price is reasonable. Food was delicious. Drinks were flowing. Live music at the pool was wonderful. The staff is very friendly. And the pool gets sun all day long. What's not to love?

O quarto era bom, mas faltava um microondas. A taxa de resort deveria incluir internet na TV e o meu quarto nunca funcionou. Quando perguntei no primeiro dia, disseram que eles estavam trabalhando, uma semana depois ainda estavam trabalhando. Três dias antes de eu sair, disseram que não estava disponível no terceiro andar, o do lado também não funcionou. O gerente se ofereceu para me mudar para outro quarto, mas senti que era tarde demais e ele concordou em creditar minha conta com uma taxa de quatro dias. Isso foi decepcionante. Era impossível chegar perto da piscina à tarde, pois todas as espreguiçadeiras estavam ocupadas por bronzeadores que não estavam nadando. Uma experiência muito positiva com Mary Ann no Pleasant Holiday. ela reservou nossa excursão ao centro cultural polinésio e se esforçou para garantir uma experiência maravilhosa. Can't beat the value and price at such a prime location.We really liked the performer singing at the bar.Great hotel especially for Marriott platinum members looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Waikiki.Room is small, and service is great for the price.Recommend for all travelers looking for great values.

The room was nice but lacked a microwave. The resort fee was supposed to include TV internet and mine room never worked. When I asked the first day, was told they are working on in, a week later they were still working in it Three days before I leaveam told it was not available on the third floor, next door's didn't work either. The manager did offer to move me to another room but I felt that was too late and he agreed to credit my bill with four days fee. That was disappointing. It was impossible to get near the pool in the afternoon, as all the lounge chairs were taken up by sun tanners who weren't swimming. A very positive experience with Mary Ann at Pleasant Holiday . she booked our tour to the Polynesian Cultural center and went out of her way to ensure a wonderful experience.The hotel is close to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. The staff very pleasant.

Overall experience was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. However the room was a little tired and outdated. The showerhead was old but work fine. The bed was very comfortable.. The room offered a small fridge, hair dryer and large TV.. The view from the room was priceless.The location was probably the best. As soon as you stepped into the Main Street there are shopping center malls. ABC general stores and great shopping experiences. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance. Beautiful beach perfect for small kids and surfing.

We stayed there on Feb 23, 24. KATHY helped us at the check in counter and she is super friendly and helpful. We got to check in early because there's availability and also was offered late check out because we are Platinum member. The ocean view room was at the high floor and it was amazing. Our daughter was so happy! Highly recommend this hotel and a huge shout out to Kathy!!

Tive uma ótima experiência aqui e me senti um hóspede valioso. Um dos motoristas de manobrista foi bastante rude, mas é a extensão de qualquer coisa negativa que aconteceu durante a estadia. Tudo estava muito limpo e a vista era excelente. Há um carrinho do lado de fora onde você pode comprar café da manhã e café e eles têm croissants incríveis!

Funcionários muito simpáticos, muito perto de muitas das atracções turísticas, da praia e do centro comercial.Tivemos que pedir um quarto diferente porque a água da banheira não escoava corretamente e o ventilador não estava funcionando. A equipe foi muito simpática e nos ofereceu um novo quarto imediatamente. O segundo quarto em que entramos cheirava um pouco estranho quando entramos, então abrimos as janelas para deixar o ar fresco entrar. O quarto não estava muito limpo, com uma mancha no sofá e muita poeira dentro e dentro da cômoda. Especialmente em tempos de Covid, teria sido muito melhor se os quartos fossem limpos com muito mais cuidado.

Had a great experience here and felt like a valued guest. One of the valet drivers was pretty rude but that’s about the extent of anything negative that happened during the stay. Everything was really clean and the view was excellent. There’s a little cart outside where you can buy breakfast and coffee and they have amazing croissants!

Very friendly staff, very close to many of the tourist attractions, the beach, and the mall.We had to ask for a different room because the bath tub water didn’t drain properly and the fan was not working. The staff was very friendly and offered us a new room immediately. The second room we got smelled a bit funny when we walked in, so we opened the windows to let fresh air in. The room was not very clean, with a stain on the couch and lots of dust on and inside the dresser. Especially in times of Covid, it would have been a lot nicer if the rooms were cleaned with much more care.

Really nice location on Waikiki. Super close to Marketplace filled with restaurants and shops. 1/2 block to the beach. Will stay here again. Prices were good but it is older style bedrooms. Beautiful flowers and Christmas tree in lobby. The bell boys and concierge provided good friendly service.

Room did not get cleaned as asked. We were charged full resort amenity fees even though almost no amenities were available. We were told we had to make reservations to use pool (3 times tried but not available) no beach supplies were available, room supplies were not restocked. We were staying here for work, but obviously WE ARE NOY ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!

They clean often and masks are required. House keeping is upon request only. They are no microwaves in the room. One had to be requested. I was able to get most things from the front desk. The restaurant is closed except for breakfast, which is not complimentary. The fitness center is open upon request with a max of 5 users.

When we arrived I was mad because we were quarantined because we were 12 hours past the 72 hour window. When we got to the hotel I was ready to leave n go back home.Mr Kapena Richardson said he would not charge us a cancellation fee, but we were cleared the next day, and I made a point to tell him thank you. It's great when people will work with you even when you're mad. I also made it a point to tell him n his staff that my anger was not directed at them. Once again Mr Richardson I appreciate you n your team.

Our stay has been great so far. The staff are helpful and friendly! You just have to be patient with the changes for you covid restrictions. Restaurant isn't open, pool hours reduced etc.

Un hotel agradable y muy cerca de Waikiki, quizás le hace falta una pequeña reforma a las habitaciones que se les nota un poco el paso del tiempo. Pero son limpias, comodas, con wifi gratis y dos botellas de agua gratis al día. Un lugar muy recomendable para estar en Honolulu por la relación precio/calidad.
