Yes its true,there is $33 daily resort fees but its well worth it considering you get the breakfast , beach towels & water bottles . Like every other hotel they also take security deposits but while checking out i got it back straight away. Really great team and the breakfast was also nice. They have in- house bar and one free drink for your stay. More then anything else the location is perfect as you have a great beach just steps away from you & it is surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The only con i would say is that the washroom are small but they are usable and best in the price range . Would highly recommend you to check this.

I had such a wonderful time experience at this hotel. The housekeeping staff was very friendly, especially Josefa and her team who were so accommodating with my many, many requests. :) The breakfast is also really yummy and the hotel is very close to the beach and nightlife. Highly recommend this for your next Miami trip.

We stayed at another hotel in South Beach and were disappointed by their accommodations. Luckily we booked the President Hotel and it was perfect. The hotel lobby was very cute and had modern aesthetics. The rooms were clean and fresh. Not to mention the bed was very soft resort fee included breakfast, which was surprisingly very good for a free breakfast. The cherry on top was the staff who were very accommodating, and professional including Victoria, Henry, Lorene, and their supervisor Emily who gave us awesome recs. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others who want an affordable but nice place to stay in South Beach. One last thing, take a vantage of their luggage service, the man who helped that was so nice.

I've been a few places in my 52 years but this hotel by far treated me well. This was the 1st leg of our trip as we had an overnight stay here while heading on to St Lucia for our 5 year anniversary. Our room was more than we could've imagined and the service was exceptional. Upon checking in we were given a free drink(s) coupon and it was excellent. The tequila sunrise the bartender prepared for me was my 1st and last drink at this hotel and for good reasons. We asked the bartender to give us directions to a nearby restaurant and asked if we needed to get transportation. This handsome man came from behind the counter, walked us through the courtyard and pointed us in the direction of said restaurant and even explained to us how to get back to our room by using the nearby gate entry for access. I mean who does that while working and in the year of 2022. Needless to say, I slept well afterwards he made our drinks. Mikael Rodriguez who checked us in explained everything in detail, our room, the elevator, nearby restaurants I mean he left NO stone unturned. We needed some last minute documents for St Lucia and he printed those documents for us. His customer service attitude, personality and kindness overall was exceptional My husband and I are making plans to return before the end of the year and we will definitely stay at this hotel. For me, there is not better place to be treated like a President than at the The President Hotel in Miami. Regards, The Jefferson's

The president hotel was great! We arrived early and they kept our bags for us and gave us towels to go to the beach and even gave us early access to the pool! Along with that Henry was awesome and answered any questions we had and even was able to upgrade our room! Breakfast was also extremely good! When we come back to Miami we will definitely be staying with The President Hotel again!
