“I love the place and the staff are superb the food is also good. But the actual hotels needs much work done. From small details to some major health and safety works in the rooms.
I am more than happy to provide an extensive details if required as I feel the place has so much potential to be even better than what it is.
Our concierge Wily was super and worked well with us and made our stay even more enjoyable sorting all things for us.

“The entire experience was amazing. The hotel has breathtaking views, delicious food, and awesome entertainment. Our dance instructor, Alejandro Rivera (aka Happy Boy), was a great teacher. Lots of energy and a fun sense of humor. I am now a master merengue dancer. Our butler, Kelvin, made our friend's birthday truly special. Salvador also helped us go on some fun excursions. Overall, a great trip!”
