“We just traveled to this property In a few weeks ago with 3 other families and we were all very pleased with the Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, Raj and Michael were great, always asking how we were doing, if we needed anything, very personable! We were always by the pool and beach, at the beach Jan referred to us as the 'compound' she always had our groups umbrellas and chairs ready to go at the beach and fresh towels! She was amazing as well! By the pool Rod took great care of us! The only flaw I saw was that there wasn't enough for the kids to do, the kids club didn't operate some days due to staffing issues and other days activities weren't on time or lacking. there was also very little for them to do at night. Other than that, this is a great place for a family getaway, great location and near many restaurants and activities.”

“Just checked out of this resort. Raj and Michael at the front desk are the best. They made you feel welcome and appreciated. The men at the valet were also great. Rob and Annabelle at the bar were fantastic. The restaurant needs attention! Wait staff is mediocre at best. For customers to be finished eating breakfast before getting water, coffee or OJ is unacceptable. This happened two morning in a row.”
