Hotel muito bem localizado, a pouca distância dos pontos turísticos. Com transporte super acessível também. Café da manhã para todos os gostos. Funcionários solícitos. A concierge nos deu várias indicações de restaurantes, todos excelentes. Os pontos negativos, ficaram por conta da limpeza do hotel e pelo fato do elevador social não estar funcionando durante as 5 noites em que estive lá, o que causou vários inconvenientes . Demora, utilização das áreas de serviço por parte dos hóspedes, já que era acessado dentro da cozinha e o aspecto horrível do único elevador existente, que era dividido por todos que circulavam no hotel. Fato lamentável.

Decepcionante, os colchões das camas com molas soltas e muito barulho. É tanto barulho que o hotel disponibiliza protetor auricular. A recepcionista Danielle é muito atenciosa.

Tive uma experiência muito ruim no NH Caransa. Fizemos a reserva no Hotel NH Schiller. Uma semana antes da viagem recebemos um e-mail avisando que ficaríamos no NH Caransa, sem qualquer compensação. Já tínhamos lido avaliações ruins do hotel, mas acreditamos que poderia dar certo. Chegando ao hotel nos deparamos com um hotel velho e, digamos, pouco cuidado. Sem problemas com a recepção e o staff, que sempre foram muito atenciosos e prestativos. O problema está no fato de que o hotel é velho, ruim e mal cuidado. Chegando ao quarto, a luz não acendia. O problema era um fusível que desarmou. Porém, ao tentar carregar o celular o fusível caiu de novo. E a tomada do banheiro também não funcionava. Na verdade, havia um problema elétrico não resolvido no quarto. O quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de azedo e, em parte, cigarro. Alertei a house-keeping do problema e ela passou um produto que melhorou o cheiro por algumas horas. Porém, o horrível cheiro de azedo permaneceu no quarto. Outro problema é a péssima velocidade da internet do hotel. Muitas vezes era impossível navegar por qualquer site. Sou fã dos hotéis NH. Mas NÃO RECOMENDO este aqui. O hotel necessita de um urgente reforma.

On arrival we were told we couldn’t be checked in until 17:00. When Booking.com said 15:00. We were expected to sit at the reception after a long journey. We told the receptionist we would not have booked it if we knew that check in is 17:00, which is ridiculous if you ask me. She then checked us in at 15:00. The room was in the corner, which meant it had two big windows and was spacious, with two single beds joined together (hated), when I was expecting a big bed. Air conditioner working and the windows can be opened. The room had the view of the square but it’s a nightmare at night. It was too noisy, and the public transport just doesn’t seem to stop. In a nutshell, the view is not worth the discomfort at night. I did not sleep well at all, in these two nights. The beds were comfy though. Another thing, don’t pay upfront if you are given the option. We paid twice as much for the rooms when today the rates are shockingly halved.

For a four star hotel there are surprising low standard features, e.g. only one receptionist/employee in the entire hotel, no restaurant, for breakfast you need to go to the opposite hotel and eat there in tiny conditions as few tables are shared among guests of two hotels, very poor WiFi, one elevator, ironing board proved a challenge, no air conditioning, not enough light in the room, etc.

It was a really unpleasant stay, and not due to things that could have realistically been fixed during the time we were there, bit instead simply due to the hotel being simply a bit poor. Bed was rock hard, to the point of being painful, I believe mainly due to the mattress being essentially completely worn out. Rooms had no Aircon, and got way too hot overnight. Window didn't open at all so we woke up multiple times overnight feeling way too hot. It was so so dark in the room. The window let in barely any light and even in the middle of the day, with all room lights on, it felt like the middle of the night. In such a small room, this was really unpleasant. Basics like coffee pouches were not routinely replaced by housekeeping, and reception did not have any when I asked. Housekeeping completely forgot about our room on one day! The square is heaving and noisy, great fun when you're down there, not so much if you're trying to sleep. If you're not gonna party till late, and you want a peaceful night's sleep, don't stay here! The staff we interacted with on front desk were all lovely, and were up to the usual high standard of the NH brand. The facilities of the hotel, sadly, fell way short. I've stayed in my fair share of lower quality hotels but I have to say I think this particular stay was possibly the worst I have experienced. The room was just uncomfortable, oppressive, and unpleasant. Given the price tag, I was very surprised. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else, trust me, you won't enjoy staying here.

We are still at the hotel but can't move. It's 19°c outside but our room is 30°+ and won't cool. Can't open window more than a crack. Didn't think staying in a room hot as an oven was a risk when the outside temperature goes as low as 10° overnight. Hall and lobby are nice and cool because they have AC, rooms apparently do not. When I notified the front desk, they said, " that's not good. Are you using the fan?" When I said yes and that's blowing hot air around they responded "Very sorry it's so hot, there's nothing I can do". Seriously, I don't want your pitty I just want to be able to sleep. Had I not prepaid I would have left already!

Air conditioner doesn't work, wifi is bad inside the room, and the price is not great. And ok I understand the AC doesn't work, but we can't even open the window more than 1 inch to get any breeze, real jail condition.

El hotel esta bien ubicado. El personal es amable. Durante mi estadia alli pase mucho frio. No posee buena calefaccion. La habitacion es sumamente fria. El ascensor principal estaba en reparacion. Por lo cual tuvimos que utilizar el ascensor de servicio, poco practico para la cantidad depersonas hospedadas. Durante la noche la puerta principal del hotel estaba cerrada, tuve que esperar que el conserje la abriera. Solo habria la automatica de la entrada.

This hotel is in the greatest possible location. A mere 5 minute walk from bustling Dam Square, but a much quieter scene. The hotel is surrounded by coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, shopping and is right in the tram route. The rooms are always clean, the staff is extremely helpful and always has a smile on their face. The breakfast in delicious and includes a variety of baked goods, salads and cooked foods. I have been to this hotel multiple times and will keep coming back for the amazing experience.

La ubicación es magnífica. Muy cómoda para conocer Ámsterdam paseando. Lo malo de esa ubicación es el ruido por la noche, de hecho, en la mesita de luz,el hotel te deja unos tapones para los oídos, pero aún así, se escucha la música de la discoteca de al lado y la gente de la terraza de abajo. Le vendría muy bien cambiar las ventanas por unas que cierren y así disminuir este problema. Los baños están un poco anticuados también. Por lo demás, la atención muy bien.

Hotel muy bien situado, en el centro de Ámsterdam. El personal se maneja en varios idiomas, aunque no son los más eficientes que he visto. Las habitaciones varían mucho dependiendo de que lado del hotel te den, sobretodo en cuanto a vistas. Lo que no tiene perdón es el baño, muy estrecho y no creo mayor a 2x2. El desayuno es adecuado, sin ser espectacular.

Muy bien situado. La habitación no es muy grande pero suficiente. Una lástima que no tiene armario cerrado pero, es un mal menor. La atención del personal muy buena y los desayunos excelentes. Si necesitas desplazarte con transporte público, en la misma puerta del hotel hay una parada del Tram.

El hotel está bastante bueno en general. Excelentemente ubicado. Si te gusta caminar puedes ir a pie a todos lados. Las habitaciones tamaño normal pero cómodas. El desayuno muy bien. Hermosa terraza a la plaza Rembrandt para desayunar. El personal muy amable.
