“Wonderful staff and phenomenal rooms. Stayed in the Grande Deluxe on floor 19. Absolutely fantastic. Complimentary water and fruit provided. The rate is excellent for the quality you receive and is fairly conveniently situated in downtown Bangkok. Guest friendly and they offer all the standards you would expect from a quality hotel (laundry, room service, pool, gym, etc.) Equipe maravilhosa e quartos fenomenais. Se Hospedaram no Grande Deluxe no andar 19. Absolutamente fantástico. Água e frutas de cortesia. A tarifa é excelente para a qualidade que você recebe e está convenientemente situada no centro de Bangkok. “Nice clean Hotel. Swimming pool is nice, however it is kind of small. Has spa with one therapist only. Breakfast is good and has good variety of food. Location is good. Pictures you see by hotel management is 90% of what you will see in real. Hotel staff are friendly, cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. Booked one trip with them and was successful. They have a live pianist everyday in the lobby area which is cool. Bonito hotel limpio. La piscina es agradable, sin embargo es un poco pequeña. Tiene spa con un solo terapeuta.
