“Pictures make it look a lot nicer than what it is. Stained bathtub. Stained sheets. Food crumbs left on the floor, nobody swept before we came. No refrigerator either. Bed sheets not the cleanest but it’s a place to sleep I guess. 2 star are awarded for the friendly staff. The area is not so good as well. Below are pictures of what it really looks like”

“Booked a room due to the website stating it offers shuttles to the cruise ports for $15 each person. Verified this information prior to booking with the customer service representative. Called the hotel today being we are supposed to arrive tomorrow to make sure we didn't need to let them know prior to arrival was told they don't do shuttles! Now I'm scrambling to find a different hotel with shuttle service! Do not recommend this hotel!”
