This place was wonderful. Stayed here during the rain so it was super peaceful hearing the rain hit all the foliage. The only problem that I encountered here was when taking a shower, the water remained cold even when it was turned over all the way to the hot side. But other than that my stay was great. There’s lots to do nearby, quick walk to the water front, or watch a band. I will definitely stay here again.

This place feels like a little slice of Hawaii with its beautiful landscaping, architecture and private feel. Great location with places to walk or ride your bike. And good restaurants nearby. Staff was always very helpful and attentive. Rooms are beautifully updated and cozy. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were spectacular. We definitely want to come back again. Highly recommend

Great facility. Spoiled our group with a suite this year and it did not disappoint! Very roomy, with lush views, this place is simply relaxing. Pools, jacuzzi, fire pits, macaws, seals, harbor and beach views…did I mention the huge stage and courtyard that houses some jaw-dropping performances?! Really good place for a getaway with your closest friends or family. The staff are all friendly and the food is tasty. I would highly recommend getting yourself a room if you need to be in the area. Plenty to do within walking distance, also.

The grounds around the hotel are beautifully landscaped with flora from Hawaii, and they played Hawaiian music at the pool. So it had a nice vibe. It is a little strange that we had to walk through the concert venue to get to our room, 3 doors down from backstage. I can't imagine how loud it would be if there had been a concert. The rooms, however, need a little bit of attention. The bathtub had rust around the grout, and the room could use some updating. We had the smallest room, and with 4 people, it was crowded. My in-laws had a room with a kitchenette, separate bedroom, and a beautiful patio right on the edge of the marina. Overall, the location is great, but you might want to request a room on the far side of the property if a concert is scheduled!

Beautiful resort location right on the warf. Room views overlooking the marina and back to San Diego. Concert venue has a close intimate experience for any show. Room was a little out dated, but well kept and clean. Hotel restaurant has Excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at a discount for Hotel guests. The lounge has shows most nights with local or famous talent depending on the night. The pool is 30m and up to 9 ft deep with adjacent hot tub - well kept and clean. Pool lounge open until 7pm usually. I would certainly recommend staying here for a night or extended stay.
