The area is very run down. The hotel rooms smell. The hall carpet is filthy dirty. It’s right next to the freeway. Customer service however was great! The girl at the front desk was super nice and accommodating but I just didn’t feel safe here and it was not a nice hotel at all.

Arrived late at night. Front desk person had to get up and unlock the door to let me in. Friendly person. Gave me key to the room and pointed me to exit and enter next building. Elevator did not work; carried suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Room a/c did not work. Phone to call front desk did not work. Grabbed everything to go back down the stairs, outside and back into lobby. Gave me another room. Dirty. Outdated by at least 20 years. Wanted to sleep in car! Worst experience ever during travel. General Manager was just as unhelpful when my travel plans changed. They would not return advance payment. Hilton hotels do NOT honor its members and this should not be a Hilton hotel. A motel on the side of the road would be higher standards than this hotel. Update: the response to my review is to call a phone number to investigate further, but call goes directly to hotel and they tell me they are not able to help further nor investigate, so the response is a fake attempt which ends up being another dead end. Such horrible service for a Diamond Hilton Honors member, or anyone for that matter.

Where do I begin! I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a waterfront view. Arrived at check in time and it was not available. Came back 30 minutes later and was informed their were no rooms available like we had booked. We’re given another room.. no king bed. Once we arrived at the room the air conditioning was not working. Someone came up to fix it. The temp never got below 75. Finally called again, unable to fix it. My grandchildren at this point we’re ready for bed, they were going to send them to another building to stay in a room for the night. I would never stay here again.

Shabby, expensive, and dirty. Staff were nice and changed our room because the carpet was filthy. However the new room was hardly better...windows were dirty (a major feature of the room), screen ripped in multiple places and so flies came in. The curtain had a two foot tear in it as well as large stains. There were long hairs on the bathroom floor as well as grungy corners. The room door itself had a quarter inch gap when closed and locked. We could actually see into the room from the outside. Additionally, there was no ice machine anywhere in the three floor building we stayed in. We had to go down three floors, outside to a different building, then upstairs and down a long corridor in order to get ice. And they charged for parking in a lot that had free public parking spaces for coast access. I stay in Hilton's regularly and can honestly say, this was the worst hotel room. The owner needs to step up and rehab this place. The hall carpets were so stained that we were disgusted. And this room was the most costly we've stayed in... approaching 300 for one night. I definitely learned my lesson. When using my Hilton app, be sure to read reviews before booking.! Not all Hilton's are created equal!

We were on the 1st floor, our suite was large and our view was amazing. We literally had a back sliding door that opened to the harbor. They had a cute patio with fire pits, pool and jacuzzi. No complaints although the decor inside the room was dated. But all the amenities made up for that
