“This is a great hotel at a reasonable price.It's clean, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.The breakfast was tasty with various options.The staff were kind. I will stay here the next time I'm in this area.”

“Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms. As an individual traveling as a federal government employee, I found the staff difficult to interact with. I had to ask about 8 separate people about tax-exempt status, and the manager sent me an outdated (10+ year old) state bulletin regard tax-exempt status (I Googled and found the most recent version myself). Since this hotel's "government rate" exceeds the allowable federal government rate, I tried to put the excess on a personal card. The clerk did not process it correctly, and ended up charging me over $900 on my personal card (instead of a few dollars). I had to spend 45 minutes getting this resolved the next day .”
