Nice, clean, quiet. Great service from staff. A really nice hotel...

O café da manhã é quente e apresentável, o cozinheiro faz um ótimo trabalho mantendo a área bem abastecida, quente e deliciosa. O quarto era limpo, e a banheira de hidromassagem estava em condições limpas o suficiente para seduzi-lo a tomar uma banheira de hidromassagem em um inverno tão frio... Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia!! você também vai.

El desayuno es cálido y presentable, el cocinero hace un gran trabajo manteniendo el área bien abastecida, caliente y deliciosa. La habitación estaba limpia, y el jacuzzi estaba en condiciones lo suficientemente limpias como para tentarlo a tomar un jacuzzi en un invierno tan frío... ¡Realmente disfruté de mi estadía! tú también lo harás.

The breakfast is warm and presentable, the cook does a great job maintaining the area well stocked, hot and delicious. The room was clean, and the hot tub was in clean conditions enough to entice you to take a hot tub in such a cold winter.... I truly enjoyed my stay!! you will too.

Pessoal muito gentil e quarto espaçoso! Teve slot de ruído da estrada vindo de fora que manteve acordando as crianças, mas no geral ótimo hotel com boas opções de café-da-manhã e café disponível o dia todo!

Joyce, da recepção, foi incrível com nosso check-in antecipado nas acomodações, muito bom em ambos os dias, a arrumação foi amigável e o cumprimentou com um sorriso quando você passou, a piscina estava limpa e a área bem abastecida, todas as áreas públicas / quartos muito limpos , os funcionários de ambos os dias foram vistos limpando constantemente e um bom café da manhã quente de cortesia. A única ruína era a falta de banheira de hidromassagem, mas eu vivia sem ela. ;)

Eu parei de escrever este comentário para dar a Hampton a oportunidade de fazer as coisas certas, mas uma vez que isso não aconteceu, estou escrevendo isso. Fiquei no hotel no final de outubro e havia insetos em ambas as camas. Saí imediatamente do hotel às 22h com apenas as roupas do corpo e meus itens duros em um saco de lixo fornecido por eles, deixando todas as minhas roupas / mala. Eles me reembolsaram o custo da noite e nunca contestaram a existência de insetos (eu também tirei fotos). Na manhã seguinte tive que comprar roupas novas para o resto da viagem (3 dias). O gerente me ligou naquela tarde para se desculpar e se ofereceu para “tratar” minhas roupas quando eles higienizassem e tratassem os insetos do quarto. Ele não contestou os insetos e disse que eles devem ter sido trazidos pela família anterior. Eu apreciei sua ligação. Depois dessa ligação, não ouvi mais nada. Segui algumas vezes perguntando sobre o status de minhas roupas e me disseram que elas estavam sendo enviadas para mim, o que finalmente aconteceu. Eu perguntei sobre o reembolso das roupas que eu precisava comprar. O gerente ofereceu um certificado “Be Our Guest” que incluiria uma noite de estadia grátis. Isso foi há mais de 2 meses e até agora eu ainda não recebi, apesar de ter entrado em contato com o assunto duas vezes. Quando eu tomo a iniciativa de entrar em contato com o gerente, ele responde, mas, de outra forma, não há seguimento proativo. Entrei em contato com a empresa e recebi um e-mail que foi recortado e colado - meu nome e o corpo da carta eram de duas cores de fonte diferentes. Hampton me perdeu como cliente agora. Acho que, no esquema das coisas, isso provavelmente não valeu a pena.

Joyce de la oficina de recepción, fue increíble con nuestro alojamiento de registro temprano, muy agradable los dos días, el servicio de limpieza fue amable y lo saludó con una sonrisa al pasar, la piscina estaba limpia y el área bien surtida, todas las áreas públicas / habitaciones muy limpias , ambos días se vio al personal limpiando constantemente y un buen desayuno caliente de cortesía. El único inconveniente fue que no había bañera de hidromasaje, pero viví sin ella. ;)

Dejé de escribir esta reseña para darle a Hampton la oportunidad de hacer las cosas bien, pero como eso no sucedió, estoy escribiendo esto. Me alojé en el hotel a finales de octubre y había bichos en ambas camas. Inmediatamente salí del hotel a las 10:00 pm con solo la ropa que llevaba puesta y mis artículos duros en una bolsa de basura que me proporcionaron, dejando toda mi ropa / maleta. Me reembolsaron el costo de la noche y nunca discutieron que hubiera errores (también tomé fotos). A la mañana siguiente tuve que comprar ropa nueva para el resto de mi viaje (3 días). El gerente me llamó esa tarde para disculparse y se ofreció a "tratar" mi ropa cuando desinfectaron y trataron la habitación para los insectos. No disputó los errores y dijo que debían haber sido traídos por la familia anterior. Aprecio su llamada. Después de esta llamada no escuché nada más. Hice un seguimiento varias veces preguntando el estado de mi ropa y me dijeron que me la iban a enviar por correo, lo cual finalmente fue así. Pregunté sobre el reembolso de la ropa que necesitaba comprar. El gerente ofreció un certificado de “Sea nuestro huésped” que incluiría una estadía gratuita de una noche. Esto fue hace más de 2 meses y hasta la fecha todavía no lo he recibido a pesar de haberlo contactado 2x. Cuando tomo la iniciativa de comunicarme con el gerente, él responde, pero de lo contrario no hay un seguimiento proactivo. Me comuniqué con la empresa y recibí un correo electrónico que fue cortado y pegado: mi nombre y el cuerpo de la carta tenían dos colores de fuente diferentes. Hampton ahora me ha perdido como cliente. Creo que en el esquema de las cosas, esto probablemente no valió la pena.

Very kind staff and spacious room! Did have slot of road noise coming in from outside which kept waking up the kids, but overall great hotel with good breakfast options and coffee available all day!

Great place to stay. Allows pets AND was emmaculately clean. Definitely worth a visit.

I held off on writing this review to give Hampton an opportunity to make things right but since that hasn’t happened I am writing this. I stayed at the hotel in late October and there were bugs in both beds. I immediately left the hotel at 10:00 pm with only the clothes on my back in and my hard items in a trash bag they provided, leaving all of my clothing/suitcase. They refunded me the cost of the night and never disputed there being bugs (I’d also taken photos). The next morning I had to buy all new clothing for the rest of my trip (3 days). The manager called me that afternoon to apologize and offered to “treat” my clothing when they sanitized and treated the room for the bugs. He did not dispute the bugs and said they must have been brought in by the previous family. I appreciated his call. After this call I heard nothing more. I followed up a few times asking the status of my clothes and was told they were being mailed to me, which they finally were. I asked about reimbursement for the clothing I’d needed to purchase. The manager offered a “Be Our Guest” certificate that would include a free one night stay. This was over 2 months ago and to date I still have not received it despite reaching out about it 2x. When I take the initiative to reach out to the manager he responds but there is no proactive follow through otherwise. I did reach out to corporate and got an email back that was cut and pasted - my name and the body of the letter were two different font colors. Hampton has lost me as a customer now. I think in the scheme of things this wasn’t most likely worth their trouble.

Joyce from the front office, was amazing with our early check in accommodations, very nice both days, housekeeping was friendly and greeted you with a smile as you passed, the pool was clean and the area stocked well, all public areas/rooms very clean, both days staff were seen cleaning constantly and good hot complimentary breakfast. The only downfall was no hot tub, but I lived without it. ;)

Os quartos são muito limpos e confortáveis, os funcionários com os quais lidamos foram todos corteses e prestativos e, o melhor de tudo, é realmente um lugar que aceita animais de estimação. Atualmente, não há portas USB nos quartos, mas muitas tomadas. O café da manhã é bem feito e a área do refeitório também é muito limpa e bem conservada. Nós com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente. Altamente recomendado.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff associates we dealt with were all courteous and helpful and, best of all, it is truly a pet friendly place. Currently, there are no USB ports in the rooms but plenty of outlets. The breakfast is done well and the cafeteria area is also very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. Highly reccommended.

Pessoal agradável e amigável. Localização conveniente com sala confortável e limpa. O café da manhã é completo com opções quentes e frias. Esta foi a minha terceira estadia e estarei de volta no próximo mês.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Convenient location with comfortable and clean room. Breakfast is complete with hot and cold options. This was my third stay and I'll be back again next month.

Super clean and beautiful room....the breakfast was amazing and everyone was very friendly and sweet... Really enjoyed our stay and already have rooms booked for our next outing next month..thank you Hampton for the hospitality and we will see you soon ...
