“We always stay at Hampton Inns, but from the moment we walked into this one it felt different. It was new which is great, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was quiet, we loved our room, everything was comfortable. The dining room had some quiet nooks that were nice also. There were restaurants and shops in easy walking distance but we drove to downtown Chico, which is close, and it's a cute college town with an old-fashioned downtown. Overall, everything about the stay was good. There was a shortage of hot water, but the manager explained that the following week a construction crew was coming to correct the problem and people seemed to understand. Things happen. He was giving bonus points which was nice. So all in all, I'd stay again with no problem. I read a previous comment about bad pillows. There were bad pillows, but there was an assortment, and there were acceptable pillows also. (I always travel with my pillow because I'm particular.) Anyway. A+ from me.”

“Everything has been excellent and top notch here. The room is very clean. It is great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They have a gym and guest laundry. Lots of amenities and really great breakfast that is included in the price of your room. Everyone has been very friendly here also.”
