“Terrible service by front desk in the morning. Needed fresh towels in the morning and asked at the front desk. Was told I had to bring the old towels to the front desk for replacement. Unable due to mobility issued. Hotel would not bring replacement towels. Stay elsewhere.
Michael at front desk was friendly and helpful last night. Too bad the other staff isn't like Michael.”

“I want to shout out to the night crew at the Hampton Inn and OMG wonderful people absolutely zero issues!!!. My driver had some issues trying to check into 2 previous hotels, arrived at the Hampton and was treated wonderfully, thank you. Mind you, I work for the largest transportation company in the USA, and we just started a route going up and down through this town and will use this hotel frequently.
