“We made a turnaround trip to Peru, Illinois from Maryland to pick up a new car. Being exhausted from traveling all day, we needed to find a hotel at the last minute. After looking at other hotels in this town, we were nervous as they were not very appealing. We found the Hampton Inn & Suites and were blown away! Everything was perfect! From room availability, to front desk service, to cleanliness and appearance, location and amenities... the hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk manager, Natalia, was exceptional! She gave us a warm greeting when we entered and gave special attention to our needs. Natalia took time to highlight all the hotel amenities, local restaurants and gave us room options for our stay. Further, she gave us complimentary snacks -- which we definitely needed after our long trip!”
