Ficamos hospedados no hotel ducassi entre 15/03 até 19/03 , o atendimento não tenho o que reclamar e apartamenti bem completo , porém nos colocaram em um apartamento novo que estava todo cheio de pó pois ainda estava em construção, o lugar todo não só o apartamento , foi solicitado a limpeza do apartamento assim que chegamos mas a limpeza foi feita com a maior ma vontade.Quanto ao café da manhã , procurem outro lugar para fornecer o café para seus hóspedes , pois além do atendimento ser péssimo, só temos direito a um pão seco com frios e um suco e caso a gente quisesse outra coisa teríamos que pagar a parte.Outra coisa e para mim a mais importante : A imagem que fornecem nos sites de reserva no hotel de vocês é de outro hotel de vocês , isso é um ato enganoso com o consumidor. Propaganda enganosa.As fotos e a descrição do hotel não condizem com a realidade. Prédio de apartamentos, sem placa de identificação, ainda em construção, sem recepção, sem responsável no local, sem segurança.Piscina sem guarda-sol, sem cadeira, entorno da piscina em construção. Os andares e os apartamentos sem identificação. Os elevadores constantemente sujos de cimento,e no andar todo predomina poeira e sujeira. Faltou energia elétrica duas vezes. Imagina ficar preso num elevador sem ninguém no prédio para socorrer. Forneceram um voucher para tomar o café da manhã num restaurante próximo que só atendia depois das 9h00. Na primeira noite levamos um susto, a roupa de cama estava imunda. A responsável só atendia com mensagem de WhatsApp. Depois de reclamar da sujeira e poeira no quarto, começaram a limpar todos os dias. Existia duas portas de entrada e não ficava ninguém na recepção, então a segurança era zero.O portão do estacionamento localizado no prédio ficava aberto 24 horas, inclusive a noite. Me senti enganada. Frustrante. Nem para fazer o check outa funcionária apareceu, falou que podíamos deixar a chave no apartamento. Estivemos no período de 30 de abril a 07 de maio 2018

Um bom local para ficar se o intuito é aproveitar as praias e não ficar no hotel. O ar condicionado não gela o quarto inteiro. A área da piscina é muito boa e a localização do hotel é excelente. Muitas opções de restaurantes próximos, supermercados, farmácia, casa de câmbio.

Localizaçãoboa apenas, sem acesso interior a praia, limpeza má, nota se muito desgaste péssima manutenção,pequeno almoçonuma cafetería, a recepção nem esta aberta de manhãpara check out,a piscina é maistanque que não ve manutenção nem cloro o deck e cadeiras todos partidos, tal como a cozinha asquerosa,chama suite a un galinheiro e beach club é uma miragem. Horrível! NÃO RECOMENDO.

Mala experiencia.. edificio con mal mantenimiento .. la ropa de cama uff las almohadas horribles.. OJO COMPREN AGUA PORQUE TODO FUNCIONA CON AGUA SALADA..un dia se corto el agua y la.luzen la noche .. estuvimoa sin aire acondicionado.. invitamosuna prima y su habitacion tenia cucachas.. y la de nosotros tambien..

Indignante. La primera vez en mi vida que me cobran la energía consumida en un alojamiento. También teníamos la reserva con desayuno incluido y no nos lo dieron porque decían que había habido un error en Booking y en lugar de asumirlo, nos dijeron que nos fuéramos a otro alojamiento cuando ya no teníamos opción. Más cositas, nos dijeron que las manchas "rebeldes" en toallas y sábanas nos las cobrarían a 10$ y cuando llegamos a la habitación todo estaba muy sucio.

It was a business trip and I liked everything at the hotel, especially the Internet, because it's free and very fast. The rooftop pool is just super. And of course the lobby bar is a great place for dating!

Lugar bien ubicado y amplio. En el apartamento que estuvimos , amplio e.iluminado, pero con problemas de mantenimiento, faltaban cosas básicas y la limpieza dejaba mucho a desear. Una cómoda y bien localizada piscina.

Not very clean broken street. 15 minutes walk via other condos and buildings to the feach. Relatively far. No restaurants on the streets accepts CC. Cash only. No security. Just the lock on the entrance so anybody having key may enter. Not very clean rooms. A lot of things are broken. It says fore stars at Booking and Tripadvisor but it is definitely a budget two stars with the price of for stars.

As some other travelers have mentioned, this place with its rude and dishonest management is a total scam. They show you on the website a prefect place but in reality, they put you in a broken old room wherever they want, even in a different address or building and eventually overcharge your credit card. I have traveled to many places, but I have never seen such a dishonesty and fraud in the hotel business before. Be aware that they use different names for their shady business like, Ducassi and Tropical to confuse customers. Just stay away!

If zero star was an option then that’s what I would have given this hotel. Con: The advertisement of this hotel is a scam. ROTTEN EGG SMELL FROM THE WATER! rude receptionist that hanged up on me when I expressed my unsatisfactory. Extremely dirty and run down. I was so disgusted that we did not stay the whole two days we booked for. NO REFUND ALLOW! Pro: nice 5min walk to the beach…. Still not worth it!

The stay at the hotel left a pleasant impression. Convenient location. Comfortable and clean rooms are responsive, friendly staff, courteous service. Prices are reasonable. Good service.

My friends and I rented a room and were satisfied! The rooms as well as the whole hotel are absolutely clean, which is very pleased. The staff was also very pleasant, the communication was always polite and friendly. And of course the view! We will definitely come again.

A localização émuita boa e o Studio éespaçoso . O café da manhã éno restaurante próximo,háseis tipos a escolher,embora sejasimples, alimenta-se o suficiente. Em suma, valeu a estadia.Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado e nãotivermosnenhum problema. O que nãogostei da água que sai da torneira, poisvem com um cheiro forte demais, mas isso é na cidade toda, nada a ver com o local.

I got stranded in Punta Cana gor the night and this was an affordable place to crash gor the night. The pics of the place are true to what the room looks like... very, very spacious, kitchenette with 2 burners and semi full sized fridge, microwave and dishes to eat. The bed was not comfortable at all but again the price was reasonable, the room had a slight musty smell but a room deodorizer worked well for me. Now what the pics don't show is although the room looks up to date, it covers all the old stuff. The bathroom and shower was not something I wanted to shower in or wash my face in, was rusty and very old looking. But as I said the price was reasonable and if you don't plan to spend much time in the room it's a good deal. One more thing is there was a drip from either the AC or the room above, couldn't tell but I never turned on The AC. Was in and out in 10hrs so do with this review as you so fit.

HORRÍVEL, não recomendo, um lixo de hotel, nas imagens parace incrível, mas é horrível, começando pela recepção que “”abre”” as 10 horas isso DEPENDENDO de quem vc alugou o quarto, agora wifi PÉSSIMO, limpeza… isso existe mesmo nesse hotel? entrei no banheiro e tinha várias baratas, café da manhã então não existe, ou seja todas as fotos lindas dos quartos sao falsas, é tudo sujo e não tem cafe da manhã, eu estava mosta de cansada so queria deitar pois estava no aeroporto a 10 horas mas esse hotel é horrível, não recomendo

La zona es la ideal para unas buenas vacaciones, tienes todo cerca, la playa, restaurantes, sitios de moda para tomar un trago, etc. También el inconveniente es que siempre esta tan lleno, que el mantenimiento de los apartamentos no es el ideal para el precio que tiene. La atención maravillosa de los empleados y una predisposición para solucionar los problemas es altisima.

O apartamento é simples. Tem ar condicionado, cofre, cama de casal, mas não tem piscina, nem café da manhã. Tinha umas baratinhas no nosso quarto e a vista é pra piscina de outro hotel. O wi-fi funciona muito mal. Eu não recomendaria ficar nele. Pelo booking aparece como nome de Grand Caribe Beach Club, com avaliação de 8,9 mas eu daria 6 pelo péssimo sinal de wi-fi e as baratas.

Estas suites son un desastre !! No recomendables. El estado de la limpieza es deplorable, la caja de seguridad no tenía baterías, no había jabón ni toalla para manos, las ventanas no cierran y el ruido de la calle entra al dormitorio, el equipamiento de cocina es elemental ni un satén tienen, no proveen elementos de limpieza ni en cocina ni en el baño. Lo peor es que alquilamos un dto con balcón y vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación que da a la calle nada que ver. En los pasillos olor a cloacas. No hay a quien reclamar ni una persona que se ocupe. Es lamentable! Lo único de verdad ea que esta a 200 mts de la playa. Pero una buena recomendación esque busquen otro sitio.

ESPANTOSO !!! NO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO ESTE ALOJAMIENTO ! al llegar no encontras la recepción. Los empleados no te resulven nada , el edificio huele a cloacas ..el desayuno es escaso,acotado y fuera del complejo . La heladera no tiene ni una cubetera para hacer hielo . No cuentas con agua potable El agua caliente en la cocina no existe y es salada, no hay reparadores,ni esponja , ni detergente para lavar los platos . La vajilla es escasa , vieja , sucia , solo un par de ollas , sin tapa y una tabla de picar plastica . La gritería está en mal estado el wifi es de terror.Y si quieres ver tv tienes w desconectar el wifi , no tiene ni un prolongador . La piscina es grande.. Con algunas reposeras y sombrillas , pero nada más ( ni mesas , ni sanitarios ) contratamos una suite con balcón y solo tiene unas ventanas en mal estado donde se escucha el ruido de la calle todo el tiempo y la música al máximo.Oscurecer la habitación es imposible .Solo te dan 2 toallas grandes . Y ni una de mano Alfombra para la ducha solo tuvimos los 2 primeros días. Y el agua que sale cuando te bañas imposible sacar ya que no existe ni palo , ni ningún elemento de limpieza.Podría seguir con mil detalles más

Dos três recepcionistas, uma das mulheres é muito mal educada. O Hotel cobrou 300 dólares de garantia pela conta da luz e na saída ficou com 160 dólares por 15 noites de uso de custo de energia!!!!! absurdo total!!! E você não tem como confirmar esse consumo. A água do chuveiro e torneira tem cheiro ruim e é salgada. Serviço de limpeza de quarto não tem todos os dias, mas as mulheres que limpam são ótimas. Tem dois tipos de toalhas, a que seca, mas são velhas e as novas que não absorvem nada. Tem barulho durante o dia todo de música alta. No site (no booking.com também) falam que a cozinha é completa e tem tudo para uso. No nosso apto tinha 1 panela e uma frigideira. Pedi para trocar de quarto e quando visitamos o outro, ainda era pior, fedia a cigarro e maconha. Ficamos no primeiro mesmo. Eles cobram na entrada e não devolvem o dinheiro se desejar sair.

We are very dissatisfied with this facilities. We booked this hotel for the rooftop pool which is shown on the cover pictures multiple times. However, it is unusable and full of algies! Moreover, there is no warm water in our room, the shower tub has to be held with our hand because it cannot be fixed on the wall and the door knob breaks. Drilling construction noise and loud cocktail bar noise during day and night complete the horrible experience! Lastly, the beach club did not offer umbrellas even though we were willing to buy drinks. This is altogether very different from the booking that was offered online and the conditions we agreed to pay for. This hotel is close to scam. Even though we are interested in a peaceful solution in the form of a partial refund, no solution at all was offered by the hotel. far.

We stayed three nights, unfortunately it was not a very good stay. The photos and sellpoints at booking is far from accurate. There was no cleaning though supposedly to have every second day. The check-in process took two hours waiting in line instead of for example letting people leave the numbers and get notified when free turns. The water in the taps were salty, not so nice at a beach, the smells in the area bad and the reception girl rather rude. Also though stating that they accept card the were reluctant to do so. Overall if you can find other lodging in the area go for it.

ATTENTION I booked through Airbnb from 03-05 December 2020. To date it is THE WORST experience ever. I read Ducassi’s description but also took the time to read the reviews as well. I can agree with why people are feeling the way they feel and fully support and endorse your suffering as, I too have been a victim of an UNHOSIPITABLE environment. The check in process was very confusing as the reception is across the street in another complex that is not Ducassi. I was greeted somewhat nicely at first, both receptionists looked very uninterested to be there. My fiancé and I needed to present passports and sign a document. As I was reading the terms and conditions prior to signing, one of the receptionists said, “it’s almost lunch time. Just sign.” This should have been the first red flag and I should have walked out right there and then but persisted in giving the already reserved hotel a chance. I read all conditions and signed, after which I was given the keys. I was advised the rooftop pool was open from 10am to 7pm and an additional pool at the hotel across the street open from 10am to 10pm. I was not shown to my room, nor was I helped with luggage either. Upon trying to access the rooftop, the doors were closed and locked. The receptionist NEGLECTED to mention that the pool was under renovation, again this would have been perfectly understandable HAD she mentioned this when giving me the keys instead of leading one to believe that it is open. This could have EASILY been articulated but was OMITTED from me. The sliding door to the patio locks when closed and was locked out of my room for 30 minutes after alerting the host. The shower and sink are very badly corroded, the water is EXTREMELY saline and UNBEARABLE to use to brush your teeth, bring your own bottled water in order to brush your teeth. The MOST INTOLERABLE thing that truly made this place go from a 3 star hotel to 1 star is when I ran out of toilet paper. I went downstairs and asked the receptionist at Ducassi (woman who was ALWAYS on her phone and showed with her body language that she did not want to be there) and asked if I could have another roll of toilet paper as I had run out. She said, “that is an additional service that you need to pay for. You need to request that in the morning so that we can get our cleaning staff to clean your room and provide you with fresh towel and new toilet paper.” I clarified, “I JUST need toilet paper. Just an additional roll. I do not need towels or for my room to be cleaned.” She replied saying, “oye chico, this is how it works here.” First and foremost, ANYWHERE you go, you are either treated as "SIR, SEÑOR, MISTER, MA’AM, MISS, or even JOVEN etc.” But NEVER as “oye chico”. The lack of respect, integrity, and ethics in this place is an absolute horror. I will NEVER book here ever again and will make it known that this was the absolute worst experience ever. With such an awful experience, I took the liberty of taking video of how I was leaving my room (as clean as I got it, with the exception of some sand on the floor from the beach) in case Ducassi tries to rip off their guests’ even more. BE CAUTIOUS. HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST BOOKING AT DUCASSI. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

This hotel is family friendly and has very convenient location even if you are with small kids. Everything was walkable. Good room cleaning. Delicious breakfast with many options and super friendly...
