“Booked a six night stay with another couple. Arrived and rooms were in separate buildings not next to each other as booked. They corrected this but the rooms were still some distance apart. The room was nice except for the following list. No water pressure in shower. There bathroom faucet had to be replaced. The slider was broken and couldn't be secured. The hot tub has no directions and there's a power switch in the next room that needs to be turned on for it to work. Of course, not labeled. No hot water for hot tub, kinda defeats the purpose. The management had to be told multiple times before problems were corrected. TV also didn't work properly. Very disappointed with an otherwise beautiful resort. Staff was very good, maintenance very poor. Would not go there again.”
