“I am a frequent traveler, Titanium at Marriott. I never write a review. Staff at front desk seem to be put off and annoyed even when I'm trying to buy water. They can't seem to be bothered with anything. Construction with the current light rail downtown makes walking anywhere from hotel almost impossible and dangerous. Never seen anything like it. Difficult to get something to eat or drink in the downtown area. Many places closed. Would never stay here again. Only saving grace is the rooms are acceptable.”

“This Courtyard was a great fit for our budget-friendly weekend trip to Phoenix. The hotel was clean with attentive staff and the front desk honored our early Checkin and late checkout requests which was highly appreciated as we had very early arrivals and a late red-eye departure. The restaurant bar had good food and drink options with friendly servers. Definitely checkout the Little Ritual cocktail bar within the hotel and make reservations ahead of time! Special shout-out to Araceli on the housekeeping team who took care of us and made us feel at home. Thank you”
