“Dirty. Mold everywhere. The Wi-Fi and hot water do not work. I changed rooms and the Wi-Fi still did not work. I asked for a partial refund because of this and was denied. They told me that this part of Cartagena does not have Wi-Fi or hot water. The air conditioner works. It is attached to a sensor that shuts it off when no movement is detected. It would turn off while I was sleeping and I woke up sweating in the middle of the night.”
