“As IHG diamond elite I was shocked by the disorganize/ bad mood from the front desk staff. The priority line were not enforced and a more than twenty minutes waiting time is expected for check-in, checkout and even when you have anything to enquire with. I have tried queueing in both regular line and IHG rewards line and I got jumped the queue for four times in total. The staff don't give me any explains but start serving Japanese speaking customers straight ahead. There are MANY complaints with front desks if go check the Google review.
On the other hand, the location of this hotel is reasonable for its price and good cleaning for the room. Decent room service and breakfast is the reason I leave a three star here.”

“I will certainly be back any time I am in Osaka. Good location near the metro/train station with many convenient food places closeby.
The staff and service are amazing, great attention to detail. Check in was easy and quick. Rooms are clean and breakfast here is also delicious!”
