“I recently stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 6 nights. The communication before check in was fantastic and we were warmly greeted when we checked in. I found the spot really convenient with a tram stop outside and 5 min walk to the train. We would come back ..the rooms were clean. Safe and comfortable. The reception staff all professional and willing to help.”

“Room had a mouldy smell to it, dining table was unusable because of an imbalance that couldn’t be fixed because the base is concrete. Didn’t get an in room menu or do not disturb sign and there was hair and a charger left from the previous occupant/s. Very surprised as other reviews look very positive. Pool and spa were nice but not clean and had small tiles falling off all over the floor.”
